Sales & Marketing Coordinator

– Preparation and organization of meeting schedule for medical, marketing and sales department.

– Preparation and organization of the daily, weekly and monthly schedule for the holding of deputy meetings.

– Responding to telephone inquiries related to the unit’s activities.

– Registering letters and reports related to the deputy.

– Compilation of files and electronic folders of correspondence and confidential/non-confidential reports of the deputy.

– Documenting and archiving documents, correspondence and reports.

– Conducting the necessary administrative and financial inquiries from the organizations and institutions on the working side of the deputy (such as prices and samples of advertising and non-advertising items).

– Inquiring about domestic flights and accommodation hotels for marketing personnel.

– Documenting the trainings of the medical assistant, marketing and sales.

– Daily control of the messaging service and reporting.

– Preparation of facilities for events.

– Participating in providing content and uploading information on active digital marketing channels.

 

Prerequisites:

  • Acquaintance in administrative correspondence
  • Ability in time management
  • Ability to plan and organize
  • Having a bachelor’s degree in business management, administrative affairs.
